Scheduling The Inspection

Inspections are performed Monday – Friday at 8:30 and 1:30. An inspection takes 2.5 to 3 hours depending on the property’s size and condition. That allows time for the inspector to do the thorough, quality job you expect and get to the next appointment on time. The report will be emailed to you later the same day. (Late afternoon and Saturday morning appointments are available by request. Always ask – we’ll do our best to accommodate you!)

If you’re an experienced homeowner it may not be as important that you’re there the entire time. But plan to stop by towards the end to discuss the findings. If you’re a first time buyer or someone who likes to be “in the know”, your in-person experience will be invaluable. Brian will explain how the home works and review maintenance routines with you as well as discuss issues identified during the inspection. Don’t worry, we’ll explain everything in terms you can understand!

The Property Report

Your report is emailed a few hours after the inspection. It’s easy to understand and includes photos and condition indicators. as well as a clear, numbered, easy-to-read summary. The inspector is available afterwards by email or phone if you have questions or concerns.
