Inspection Guidelines
1. Water, electric and gas must be on for your inspection to be complete. If they’re off when you and the inspector arrive, the inspection will need to be re-scheduled. Utilities are frequently off in vacant properties, so be sure to verify with the seller that they’ll be turned on for your inspection.
2. All areas of the home must be accessible including the garage. That includes clear access to the furnace, electrical panel and attic access.
2. Pets must be contained or out of the home. They don’t know us and we don’t know them. The inspector goes in and out a lot and cherished pets can be quicker than they look!
3. Signed Service Agreement and payment are required to release your report.
4. Not attending? The inspector will be available to discuss the findings by phone after you’ve had a chance to read your report.
