Brian Snowberg

Brian, co-owner of Heartland Inspections and a nationally certified home inspector, operated a residential remodeling business for nearly 15 years before opening Heartland in 1994 with Vicki. Clients rave about his attention to detail and personable communication skills.

He’s inspected over 5200 homes – historic homes, new construction and condominiums from 400 sq ft  to 5,000 sq ft single family homes plus multi-family buildings.

Brian’s understanding of homes, how they’re built and how they operate as well as his thoroughness and honesty are what make him an easy choice.  His professionalism and respect of the home and its owners is rare. He’ll take the time to explain how your home functions in plain language and will check routinely to be sure you’re getting the information you need.

Brian and his wife Kerry have two grown children. He’s a motorcycle enthusiast who’s always planning the next trip.

Vicki Hoeppner

Whether you’re a home buyer, homeowner or real estate professional, Heartland co-owner Vicki Hoeppner’s attention to detail and ability to “listen & hear” a caller will ensure a smooth scheduling process. More than likely she’ll answer the questions you aren’t even sure you need to ask.

She and her husband Bill have a grown son, and in no particular order, enjoy home remodeling and feeding their travel habit by house sitting throughout the U.S.
