Vicki Hoeppner, Manager Whether you’re a first time buyer, experienced homeowner or Realtor, Vicki’s goal is to make sure your entire Heartland experience is professional and responsive. She may be ‘behind the curtain’ a lot of the time but her involvement in day to day operations is extensive. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have a question. Vicki and her husband Bill have a grown son and enjoy remodeling, walking the Minneapolis lakes and feeding their travel habit by house sitting.

He’s inspected homes of all ages and sizes ranging from 800 sq foot condominiums to very large single family homes as well as duplexes. When he’s not inspecting properties, you’ll find Chuck with family and friends (or on the golf course).
