  • The Inspector is a Housing Generalist. If he thinks a condition warrants further investigation, he’ll recommend evaluation by a specialist (such as a plumber or electrician).

For your convenience, we schedule home inspections Monday through Friday at 8:30 am and 1:30 pm. Saturdays are available by request. The report is emailed to you the same day.
