He has an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of housing and makes his clients feel comfortable throughout the process. He’s worked as a remodeler, construction project manager, Realtor, State energy auditor, and principal in a home inspection company. Brett and his wife Sherry have four children. His personal interests include fishing, motorcycle touring, wilderness canoe camping, and skiing.
Chuck Linn is a nationally certified ASHI inspector who’s been inspecting homes for 15 years. He’s known for his patient ‘bedside’ manner with clients and a common sense approach to home ownership. He’s inspected homes of all ages and sizes ranging from 800 sq foot condominiums to very large single family homes as well as duplexes. When he’s not inspecting properties, you’ll find Chuck with family and friends (or on the golf course).
Nick Koenig is a nationally certified ASHI and InterNACHI inspector with 15+ years in the business. He’s a licensed contractor and former real estate agent and has managed over 50 residential rehab projects. Nick’s complete understanding of homes, attention to detail and ability to translate complex house details in understandable terms make him a reliable inspector who’s schedule is always full. His hobbies include motorcycles, computers, woodworking and RC airplanes. Nick and his wife have two active sons.
