Brett Cook is a nationally certified ASHI and InterNACHI inspector who has inspected thousands Twin Cities homes. He has an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of housing and makes his clients feel comfortable throughout the process. He’s worked as a remodeler, construction project manager, Realtor, State energy auditor, and principal in a home inspection company. Brett and his wife Sherry have four children. His personal interests include fishing, motorcycle touring, wilderness canoe camping, and skiing.
Nick Koenig is a nationally certified ASHI and InterNACHI inspector with 15+ years in the business. He’s a licensed contractor and former real estate agent and has managed over 50 residential rehab projects. Nick’s complete understanding of homes, attention to detail and ability to translate complex house details in understandable terms make him a reliable inspector who’s schedule is always full. His hobbies include motorcycles, computers, woodworking and RC airplanes. Nick and his wife have two active sons.
Matt Karr is a natural in this business – a nationally certified ASHI and InterNACHI inspector who’s spent his entire career in residential housing. Originally from Colorado, he began his career working in homes and with homeowners at the age of 15. He started his own lawn maintenance and snow removal business, operating out of his 1972 Chevy panel van! He has since developed his natural propensity for technicalities and his love for people into a successful career as a home inspector.
DC recently moved to Stillwater with his wife, son, dog Hippo and their rescue cats. He is an avid fly fisherman, traveler, self-proclaimed antique connoisseur, and a lover of all things outdoors.
