Heartland was very easy to work with. I requested an inspection and they responded right away to get me scheduled the next week. They were on time, very professional and very honest. In fact, they actually didn't charge for a chimney inspection because the inspector could tell immediately it needed work and it was a waste of money for the inspection. They offered some advice on what to do from there. They are the kind of people I want to work with. I won't hesitate to hire them again when I need it. Hire them!

Where do i begin? This has to be one of the most thorough inspectors I've ever seen! DC Patton was our inspector and took us through the whole house from top to bottom all while educating us on our home at the same time! There were things we would have never noticed but thanks to him we are able to recognize the hidden discrepancies with the new home. DC patton was also very enthusiastic and captivating when teaching us about our new home as well as leaving us with a complete new home guide with instructions on how EVERYTHING works in the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
