Client Care Coordinator
Client Care Coordinators are most often the first point of contact, and it is their responsibility to fully educate potential clients on what makes Heartland’s services and benefits superior to other companies. They schedule inspection services and work closely with our entire team to make sure operations run smoothly. Client Care Coordinators also assist clients after the inspection with any questions they may have.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Business Development Specialists are responsible for bringing new business to Heartland as well as maximizing current relationships with industry professionals. Business Development Specialists operate in the field by giving educational presentations and attending events, as well as in the office through in-house relationship-building marketing programs. Part and full-time available.
Heartland’s Home Inspectors go through rigorous on the job training to take their skills to the next level. Do you have good communication skills, a calm demeanor and enjoy working with people? Background in residential construction, building trades, engineering or other technical or construction-related discipline highly preferred. Proficiency with basic technology (computers, cameras, etc.) is required.
