Brett Cook is a nationally certified ASHI and InterNACHI inspector who has inspected thousands Twin Cities homes. He has an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of housing and makes his clients feel comfortable throughout the process. He’s worked as a remodeler, construction project manager, Realtor, State energy auditor, and principal in a home inspection company. Brett and his wife Sherry have four children. His personal interests include fishing, motorcycle touring, wilderness canoe camping, and skiing.

Originally from Colorado, he began his career working in homes and with homeowners at the age of 15. He started his own lawn maintenance and snow removal business, operating out of his 1972 Chevy panel van! He has since developed his natural propensity for technicalities and his love for people into a successful career as a home inspector.
DC recently moved to Stillwater with his wife, son, dog Hippo and their rescue cats. He is an avid fly fisherman, traveler, self-proclaimed antique connoisseur, and a lover of all things outdoors.
Seth is a certified InterNACHI inspector with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial construction and remodeling. Prior to Heartland he built and remodeled homes of all sizes and ages. He brings extensive knowledge to every inspection from hands-on experience. Outside of Heartland he is an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast, you will often find him in the garage working on the next project.
